Public liability insurance is provided by the company but this only covers for the protection of the public against harm, pain or suffering caused to the public by our personnel or equipment. Our insurance does not include any actions of the client or their guests who may cause or instigate such harm, pain or suffering to themselves or others under the influence of alcohol or other substances. The Hirer and/or Promoter is totally responsible for any malicious damage, breakages or theft of our equipment by any person, persons or guests and/or their pets, and will be charged for the full cost of any repairs or replacements required. (Repairs and replacements will be sourced by the company). The client is responsible for pursuing the matter with the individuals involved to recover any costs they may have paid to the company in reimbursement for damages incurred. The artist/s will not tolerate any violent, aggressive or abusive behaviour in any way or form, from anyone under any circumstances before, during and/or after any event. We also reserve the right to terminate our services at any time should we feel that the personal safety of our artist/s is under threat and in these circumstances, no refund will be made. The company does not take responsibility for ejecting any unwanted persons from the venue. The client will be advised by the artist/s of any problems experienced concerning the poor behaviour of any guests and the company reserve the right to claim damages against any offending person/s. The client will provide sufficient adult supervision of any children attending the event and give assistance to the artist/s in the organisation of any games played. The supervising adult/s will ensure that the artist/s equipment is not interfered with or any actions which would prevent the artist/s from performing their duties. Prizes for party games must be provided by the client.
