Full payment should be made at each event in cash or by bankers draught for any balance outstanding prior to commencement of performance (personal or business cheques will not be accepted unless cleared funds are available prior to the performance and are only acceptable by prior arrangement). In the unlikely event of the artist/s having to cancel for whatever reason, any monies paid shall be refunded in full and this will be the full extent of our liability. Also in the event of total equipment failure (excluding circumstances out of our control, i.e. a power cut) a pro rata refund will be offered for the time remaining. The booking times agreed on the reverse of this form will be the amount of hours worked by our artist/s as this is an official contract of employment for that particular date only. All cancellations or notified changes must be made at least 30 days prior to the date of event. If the client fails to cancel the booking before this date in writing, the client will be liable to pay the full amount. Deposits will not be refunded under any circumstances due to the pre booking and allocation of the company’s entertainers/artistes. A booking is not deemed to be confirmed until a deposit has been paid and payment of the deposit for our services will become a binding contract to guarantee our attendance at the event detailed on the reverse of this form. If a deposit has not been received within 30 days prior to the event, we reserve the right to change our work schedule and remove the client’s details from our work database without prior notice. Payment of any fees still owed up to 7 days after the date of the event will result in pending additional costs and possible legal action. Our Disco and Karaoke accepts music lists and requests in advance of functions and will try to play them provided they are submitted in writing at least one week prior to the event. We cannot guarantee the inclusion of any music which is difficult to source either requested at the event or previously notified. The DJ will endeavour not to play songs with explicitly offensive lyrics which may cause offence to guests attending the function. If a booking has been confirmed in writing between the client and the company and upon arrival at the venue the artist/s find another service has also been booked by the client or someone acting on behalf of the client then the full amount agreed shall be payable to the company.
