This section is about our philosophy and approach and also offers some good free advice when shopping for a mobile Disco and/or Karaoke. There certainly is no set formula for success but the following information may be helpful to you.
We can guarantee that the following will be in place during your function:
Our DJ Presenter will be dressed smartly and act professionally.
We will have an adequate and appropriate supply of recorded music.
Arrival in good time for the start of your function will be prearranged.
Setting up and taking down of our equipment will take the minimum time.
Our equipment will be tested for safety and set up safely and securely.
We are insured for public liability for up to £2 million pounds.
We will use safe and reliable transportation to the function.
Code of Working Practice and Standard Operating Procedures
Safe working practices will be employed by all our staff.
Our DJ Presenter will be clearly understood by all guests attending.
The sound will be reproduced clearly and easily listened to.
Attention will be made to safety and general tidiness.
The volume will be kept within the limits and acoustics of the venue.
Lighting will be suitable for the size of the venue and securely placed.
Wiring will be in good repair, correctly connected and properly rated.
The electrical equipment will be safe and regularly serviced.
All cables and leads will be made secure and as out of reach as possible.
There may be less expensive Mobile Disco operators out there but do they have plenty of experience, are they running their business in a professional manner and are they using good quality equipment?
Most importantly, you must ensure you have a legally binding contract to assure confirmation of your booking clearly stating the operators name and address. The contract should also include details of the agreed fee, the address of the venue, playing times, arrival times and type of function.
It is very important to be sure your chosen DJ knows what you want and what you think your guests want. Suggestions or limitations about the music are very helpful for us to know before we begin entertaining them.
We may be able to recommend other specialists we have previously worked with such as live bands, singers, comics, caterers, photographers and limo hire etc. This can save you hours of ploughing through directories and asking for references. We may even be able to help with your search for a venue.

Ruth and I just wanted to thank you for Saturday night. We had a fantastic day and it was topped off by a great disco. Many of our friends and family commented on how good the music was. Ruth and I loved the first dance and following tracks that got everyone up. You know you have had a good night when you se your mum dancing towards the end of the night to 'I am the resurrection' by the Stone Roses!!! -fantastic mate- we could not have wished for a better disco and you delivered it superbly. Just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you so much for doing such a fantastic job DJ'ing for our wedding day.
You were brilliant, everyone commented on the wide range of music played and the bubble machine was a lovely touch - I think the big kids enjoyed it more than the little ones!
