We have outlined the booking procedure below to make things easy for you.
To make a booking firstly contact us via any of the methods outlined in the CONTACT section, and provide your basic requirement details as listed:
Date of your function
Start and finish time
Venue address for your function
Are there any stairs? if so - how many?
Type of event
Entertainment required (Disco only or including Karaoke)
An estimate of how many guests you are expecting
We will then offer to set up an initial consultation visit to help us understand your full requirements and give you a quotation of cost based on these details if we are available on that date. Your enquiry will be maintained as a provisional booking for a period of 7 days. Alternative dates will be given if we are not available and we may also be able to source another company for you.
If you are happy with the service, cost and information we have provided, simply request a booking. A small deposit secures the booking, in return we will send you a written guarantee and confirmation within one week.
We will contact you before the function to ensure that everything is going ahead as previously planned and to ask if you need any help with advertising posters etc.
Our booking form, which includes terms & conditions of the contract can be posted to you upon request by phone if you prefer to read the small print before making a commitment.
