Bookings

We have outlined the booking procedure below to make things easy for you.

To make a booking firstly contact us via any of the methods outlined in the CONTACT section, and provide your basic requirement details as listed:

• Date of your function
• Start and finish time
• Venue address for your function
• Are there any stairs? if so - how many?
• Type of event
• Entertainment required (Disco only or including Karaoke)
• An estimate of how many guests you are expecting

You can also check our diary using the coloured SEND A MESSAGE link to see if we are already booked. If available, we will then offer to set up an initial consultation visit to help us understand your full requirements and give you a quotation of cost based on these details if we are available on that date. Your enquiry will be maintained as a provisional booking for a period of 7 days. Alternative dates will be given if we are not available and we may also be able to source another company for you.
